Partnership Opportunities
Access to key OICF Campus Leaders and Faculty
Interested in developing a direct connection with key OICF campus leaders and faculty to identify students and alumni for career opportunities? Let the OICF work for you through introductions with top administrators and faculty across the network of member colleges and universities.
Named Scholarships
Typically sponsored by corporate or foundation partners, named scholarships can be directed to students for academic merit, financial need, or other criteria while building corporate name recognition and goodwill among the OICF colleges and business community. Many corporate sponsors use this relationship to identify new talent. Named scholarship sponsorships begin at $10,000 to provide a minimum of $1,000 per campus.
Pathways to Leadership: Campus Diversity – POWER of 10/The Oregon Private College Access & Success Network
Partnering with the OICF is a great way to reach students from diverse backgrounds, including students of color and those who are the first in their family to attend college. Focusing on student scholarship, student aid (e.g., MESA College Initiative), outreach, and retention programming, the OICF has formal partnerships with a number of Oregon community organizations
Workforce Development – POWER of 10/The Oregon Private College Career Network
Reach top talent from the OICF colleges and universities via the POWER of 10/The Oregon Private College Career Network, a program of the OICF to create opportunities and venues for students, alumni and corporate partners to interact with one another in personal and intimate settings that focus on career and professional development.
Ethics & Leadership Programming (Ethics Bowl)
OICF colleges and universities integrate ethics education into all aspects of the campus experience, including academics, student life, and athletics. In an effort to connect this focus with the business community, the OICF launched its Ethics Bowl in 2006.
The OICF Ethics Bowl is an academic competition designed to increase discourse among students and area business and community leaders about the importance of ethics in leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal relations. Using the ‘college bowl’ model of academic competition between student teams, business and community leaders evaluate team presentations, providing a unique opportunity for “the classroom to interact with the boardroom.”
