Pacific University Students in LabPacific University, founded in 1849 in what is now the City of Forest Grove, encompasses multiple campuses in Oregon and offers healthcare services throughout Portland and the metropolitan area.

With a rich liberal arts tradition in the College of Arts and Sciences and acclaimed colleges of Education, Health Professions and Optometry, Pacific University presents a distinctive combination of learning opportunities.

Students pursue bachelor’s degrees in more than 35 subjects, as well as graduate degrees in optometry and education, at the historic Forest Grove campus.

The College of Education also operates a campus in Eugene, and the College of Health Professions prepares healthcare professionals at its state-of-the art. The campus in downtown Hillsboro

The Health Professions Campus offers professional programs in dental health, healthcare administration, occupational and physical therapy, pharmacy, professional psychology, optometry and physician assistant studies.

Additional facilities in Portland support the academic and clinical programs of the College of Optometry and the School of Professional Psychology.

Pacific is committed to a tradition of service and support to the community, offering service learning, international education, internship, research opportunities and co-curricular activities to students and faculty.
