Welcome to the Outside Inside Connections Foundation (“OICF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (https://oicf.org) or opting into our mobile SMS notification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
OICF provides automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and communication tools designed to connect individuals. By opting into our automated SMS program, you provide your express consent to receive recurring transactional and operational text messages (such as system notifications, customer service responses, and alerts when you receive a new email in our system) from OICF.
Message frequency is recurring and depends directly on user activity and system interactions. Specifically:
You will receive one (1) alert message per new email message received within your OICF account.
You will receive one (1) automated text reply for each inbound message or service request you send to our system.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all interactions.
OICF does not charge a separate premium fee for text messages, but you are solely responsible for any fees levied by your wireless provider. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your specific text messaging and data pricing plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to our phone number.
After you send the message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly opt back into the program.

We deeply respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number, opt-in consent data, and text messaging data will never be shared, rented, or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Any data shared with vital infrastructure service providers (like our SMS gateway) is done strictly to fulfill our services to you. As-Is Basis: Our services and SMS notifications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. OICF makes no guarantees regarding the instantaneous delivery of messages, as network availability and carrier routing are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OICF, its directors, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, system downtime, or failed message deliveries.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Lancaster County.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material modifications, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via email. Your continued participation in our platform or SMS program following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
